Would you still read the crap that I spew from my keyboard if I dropped the whole kidpurple thing and only wrote on a domain name that used my real name?

I’ve got this other blog that uses my real name. I don’t write much there and when I do its mostly work related - resume type stuff. I’ve thought about ditching one of these blogs and keeping only one. I wouldn’t mind having just a single website that I could use for any and all purposes. Something I could use as a type of resume website, and something that I could put the same stupid shit onto.

The real name domain name would be more professional - but when the fuck have I been professional about anything? If I applied for a job and you got my resume from this website would you hire me? I’m not sure if any of my current co-workers have ever seen this website. I guess if someone didn’t hire me because they didn’t like something I wrote here then I probably don’t wanna work for them anyway.

This has nothing to do with me looking for a job - I’m not looking for a job and pretty happy where I am at now. It is just something I’ve thought about doing for a while.

I know most of you kp readers don’t have any similar website setups for yourself - but let me know your thoughts.
