Racewalking is the most bizzare Olympic sport

So its a foot-race, but with a speed limit – kinda?

When there is no Olympics on my TV I am sad. So right now the only thing I can find is women’s racewalking on CNBC. Check it out, I can see the end of the race online before I can on TV – how wonderful is that?

Besides this being a race with a speed limit, the commentators just had to explain something kind off odd. This particular race is taking place in the rain, so all the competitors are wet. They had to explain that the racewalkers still had to drink water, even though they are wet from the rain. WTF – really? They aren’t frogs that can drink through their skin?

So bizarre.

I’m gonna start a crawlracing team. Who wants some of that action?

Go over here to check out a quick tutorial on racewalking – its a good one – trust me – watch it!

I think a 50m wheelbarrow race would be pretty damn exciting.
