Feedburner and Wordpress showing only partial feed

I just realized last night that my RSS feed was only giving partial posts, so you had to click through to read the entire post if that is what you wanted to do. That sucks, I hate it when I have to do that so I feel bad for making you do that.

I went to change that and it looked like Wordpress was set up to dish out full feeds. I couldn’t figure out why I was only getting a partial feed (I use feedburner).

Eventually I discovered that in my feedburner settings the original feed was set to:

http://kidpurple.com/rss

and it needed to change to:

http://kidpurple.com/feed

If you have that same problem change your original feed in feedburner and all will be good! Happy reading.

I just found this through a OneRiot search and it was EXACTLY what has been happening to two of my blogs. Thanks SO much for the information. I would have NEVER figured it out.
