I was watching my recorded FA Cup semi-final between Manchester United and Everton. Quit reading now if you don’t want to know the result of the game.

The game went into overtime and eventually a shootout after 120 minutes of scoreless soccer. As most of you probably don’t know – Tim Howard is the goalkeeper for Everton. He used to play at MU and before that played in New York – for the MetroStars. He often plays for the US national team.

Anyway – I’ve cheered for MU for many many years, but as the keepers were kinda warming up before the PK’s I started to kinda hope that Everton would win.

Tim Howard went on to save 2 PKs to lead Everton into the FA Cup final. I was actually happy to see someone beat the Red Devils. Now Everton BETTER beat Chelsea in the final.
