You think that question is a joke? It is not. After just recently giving up my dreams of becoming a marine biologist – I decided to do some online shopping – for an apple corer. There are a lot of choices to be made when choosing an apple corer and I need help.
So please check em out and let me know What apple corer should I get?
Please, I need your help – let me know which one to get. The one that gets the most votes will be purchased, or at least added to my wish list. Reply with your choice in the comments – or via twitter (@kidpurple).
If it makes any difference – Granny Smith are my favorite apples.
Thanks for your help.

Just so you know – I don’t want a peeler. I’m open to either the corer or the corer/slicers.
If not:

I guess I’d go with:

I’ve already got one vote for the Pampered Chef Apple Wedger
Do you actually have the Leifheit? The core hole looks kinda on the smallish side.
I vote for the Dalla Piazza. It makes 12 slices instead of 8. I have never used it but the reviews look good. Whatever you do don’t buy a plastic one. It will break easily.
I’m not sure 12 is the optimal number of apple slices. That may be too many. That is just speculation…
Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer by R&M Industries, I use mine almost daily for apple chips. Just run it through and walla, slice the side of the apple and you are done. Fantastic!!
you can take the peeler off and not use it
